Business meetings are held once a month on the second Wednesday, at 8:00 pm.
Our council hosts a large number of council activities throughout the year.
Monthly activities: Bingo on the fourth Friday at the Sykesville Fire Hall.
Annual activities include: New Years' Eve Party, Christmas Party, Friday Lenten Dinners
Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
We, as a Council,
have made a commitment to be present every Sunday morning, between 6:00
and 7:00 a.m., for adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the chapel at St.
Joseph’s. This is a wonderful opportunity to spend a little quiet time
with The Lord, then attend the 7:00 Mass. Knights and family members are
encouraged to participate at least one Sunday each month. If you can do
this, please come on any Sunday morning at 6:00.
Tuesday Night Rosary
Ever since 9/11/2001, Knights
and their ladies of our Council family have gathered each Tuesday evening
to say a Rosary in memory of those killed by the terrorists that tragic
day. We have since included the remembrance and well-being of our service
men and women in these prayers, as well. If you are able, please join us
in the Cassidy Center at St. Joseph’s at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday
evenings.
